Oilers win 4-1 over the Florida Panthers and boy what night. Pyke and I made the 3 hour trip up to Edmonton where we met Park and DG. Beer consumption commenced 30 seconds after reuniting and finished sometime later in the evening (exact time unknown to all).
Park, DG and Pyke:
Oh, yeah...the game. Fairly uneventful first period but things livened up in the second and the Oil put them away in the third. The seats were great. No fights. Terri organised the tickets for us and in order for Donald to get them he had to dress up like Santa for a group of 3 to 7 year olds (trust me, no extra padding was required for the belly)! There were 2 sets of seats, in 2 different locations, so after some smooth negotiation (begging and pleading) by yours truly, we were able to exchange tickets so that the 4 of us could sit together. I'm sure all the other fans sitting close by were grateful for the drastically increased swearing and trips for beer and the toilet!!

Speaking of toilets, both Park and I mistook the women's bathroom for the men's - I had a sneaking suspicion when I couldn't locate a urinal and my fears were confirmed when a noticed a lady walking out of one of the cubicles. Unfortunately, by that time I had already committed myself (if you know what I'm saying). Luckily, both of us made it out without too much disruption.
After the game we were lucky enough to visit a classy establishment, met Dave and even got a ride home in a limo! We had a great breakfast - finally got my hands on some bacon. DG and Park heading back to Fort Mac (4.5 hours of silence) and Pyke and I commenced the trip back to Calgary.
Had a great time fellas, so far the best game of the trip and it will be a hard one to top (Ponyboy, you best get planning!!)....

Congratulations on making it to and through your first game without incident!! Although I'm sure the ladies in the WC couldn't say the same!
I'm just curious as to whether you got any footage of you Hooligans at the game or at the "Classy Establishment"? Can you post video clips or are you working on it and I am impatient?
